01 — Shipping

Each Modocur piece is made on order, built with care after purchase. Orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks, reflecting the time required to produce, finish, and prepare each object. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking information is provided once your order leaves the studio.

Delays may occur when the work demands it. Precision is favored over speed.

02 — Returns

Modocur does not accept returns.

Each piece is produced in direct response to an order, shaped by a deliberate process rather than held as inventory. What is made is made for you.

03 — Warranty

Every Modocur object is backed by a lifetime warranty.

If your piece develops an issue due to normal use, contact us. We will provide a return label and packaging, receive the object, repair it, and return it to you.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or external force—including drops, impacts, or improper handling.

This is not a replacement policy; it is a commitment to the longevity of the work. Objects are maintained, not discarded.

04 — Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us promptly with photos of the issue. We will arrange return shipping and restore the piece at no cost to you.

Responsibility does not end at shipment. The work remains ours to stand behind.
